目的探讨大肠癌组织中 Ezrin 和 PTEN 蛋白表达的意义.方法采用免疫组化 SP 法检测80例大肠癌组织中Ezrin 和 PTEN 蛋白的表达,并分析其与临床和病理特点的关系.结果大肠癌组织中 Ezrin 蛋白表达阳性率为77.5%(62/80),显著高于正常大肠黏膜组织(P<0.01);PTEN 蛋白表达的阳性率为46.3%(37/80),显著低于正常大肠黏膜组织(P<0.01);Ezrin 蛋白高表达 PTEN 蛋白低表达与大肠癌 Dukes 分期、浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移有关(均 P<0.01),而与年龄和组织学类型无关(均 P >0.05);Ezrin和 PTEN 蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.01).结论 Ezrin 和 PTEN 蛋白表达与大肠癌临床病理特征和生物学行为有密切关系,联合检测 Ezrin 和 PTEN 蛋白的表达,可用于评估大肠癌侵袭转移能力,对大肠癌的预后判断具有一定意义.

Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin and PTEN proteins in colorectal adenocarcinoma and its sig-nificance. Methods The expression of Ezrin and PTEN proteins was examined immunohistochemical y with SP method in 80 cas-es of colorectal adenocarcinoma, and the relationships of the expression with clinicopathological characteristics of tumor was an-alyzed. Results The positive rates of Ezrin and PTEN protein expression in 80 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma were 77.5%(62/80) and 46.3%(37/80) respectively. They were not correlated with age or histological type(P>0.05). The high level of Ezrin pro-tein expression and the low level of PTEN protein expression were correlated significantly with the Dukes' stage, serosa infiltration, lymph node metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma (P<0.01). The expressions of Ezrin protein was negatively correlated with that of PTEN protein(P<0.01). Conclusion The expressions of Ezrin and PTEN are correlated with the clinicopathological charac-teristics and biologic behaviors of colorectal adenocarcinoma. The combined detection of Ezrin and PTEN proteins may be helpful in evaluation of prognosis and aggressive potential of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
