目的探讨血液灌流(HP)对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者微炎症与贫血的影响.方法选取血液净化中心MHD患者40例.根据C反应蛋白(CRP)水平分为两组,CRP正常组(CRP<5mg/L)16例和CRP增高组(CRP≥5mg/L)24例.CRP增高组患者在治疗前后采集血清,并进行HP联合血液透析治疗;CRP正常组患者行MHD治疗.两组患者均测定超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血清白蛋白(ALB).结果 CRP正常组Hb、ALB较CRP增高组高,而Scr则较低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).CRP增高组HP治疗前的hs-CRP、Hb、ALB与治疗后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 HP联合血液透析治疗有助于改善MHD患者的微炎症及贫血状态.

Objective To investigate the effects of hemoperfusion (HP) on micro-infalmmation and anemia in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods Forty MHD patients, including 16 cases with normal C-reactive protein (CRP) levels (CRP<5mg/L)and 24 cases with high CRP levels (CRP≥5mg/L)were enrol ed in the study. Patients with high CRP underwent HP combined MHD and those with normal CRP received MHD only. Serum ultra-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), hemoglobin (Hb), creatinine (Scr), albumin (ALB) were determined before and after treatment. Results The Hb, ALB levels were higher and Scr was lower in MHD patients with normal CRP than those with higher CRP (al P<0.05). There were significant differences in CRP, Hb and ALB levels of high CRP group before and after treatment (al P<0.05). Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can reduce serum hs-CRP levels and improve the degree of anemia in MHD patients with micro-infalmmatory state.
