目的:观察研究不同学历层次住院医师特点并提出培养建议.方法:对2010年7月至2011年12月期间进入上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院神经内科住院医师培养基地的医学毕业生进行规范化培训后临床能力考核.收集住院医师参加课题和发表论文信息.结果:本科生、硕士和博士研究生的临床能力考核平均总成绩相似,博士研究生发表论文数最多,硕士研究生次之,本科生无论文发表.结论:不同学历层次住院医师临床能力相似,硕士和博士研究生科研能力较本科生强.应根据不同学历层次的住院医师进行个体化、针对性住院医生规范化培训.

Objective]To observe the characteristics of residents (different academic qualifications) and generate some recom-mendations on training .[Method] Medical graduates who entered the Department of Neurology residency training base ,Renji Hospital ,Shanghai Jiaotong University rom July 2010 to December 2011 were received standardized training .Then ,the clinical skills assessment was carried out .The information of their participation in subject and paper publication was collected .[Result] The average scores of graduates ,Master graduates and PhD graduates were similar .PhD graduates published more research pa-pers with an average of 2 .90 ± 2 .56;Graduates published 2 .04 ± 1 .26 papers and graduates have no publications .[Conclusion] Residents with different academic qualifications have similar clinical skills .However ,compare to graduates ,Master graduates and PhD graduates demonstrated better research ability .The formal methods to train the residents should be targeted ,depend on their academic qualifications and their personal situation .
