为了研究热力膨胀阀对高速列车空调系统性能的影响,对有故障的高速列车空调系统进行了膨胀阀静态过热度调节试验,分析了不同静态过热度下空调系统性能.分析和试验表明,增大膨胀阀静态过热度可以有效改善膨胀阀供液不足以及蒸发盘管分液不均的现象,从而提高蒸发压力和蒸发温度,解决空调不制冷的问题.
為瞭研究熱力膨脹閥對高速列車空調繫統性能的影響,對有故障的高速列車空調繫統進行瞭膨脹閥靜態過熱度調節試驗,分析瞭不同靜態過熱度下空調繫統性能.分析和試驗錶明,增大膨脹閥靜態過熱度可以有效改善膨脹閥供液不足以及蒸髮盤管分液不均的現象,從而提高蒸髮壓力和蒸髮溫度,解決空調不製冷的問題.

In order to investigate the effect of thermal expansion valve (TXV) on the characteristics of air conditioning system in fast train, the TXV static superheat regulation experiment was carried out in one failure air conditioning system of the fast train. During the experiment, the characteristics of air conditioning system were analyzed under different TXV static superheat conditions. The results showed that static superheat increasing can efficiently improve the TXV refrigerant shortage and the refrigerant non-uniform distribution in evaporator, and then increase the evaporator pressure and temperature to solve the problem of insufficient cooling capacity.
