根据填料喷淋型全热回收器中实际热质交换情况,通过合理简化假设,得出了空气与水热量和质量交换的数学模型;将数学模型的计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,二者具有良好的吻合性;分析了填料高度对能量吸收装置出口水温、空气出口焓值的影响;分析了填料高度对填料喷淋型全热回收器换热效率的影响.
根據填料噴淋型全熱迴收器中實際熱質交換情況,通過閤理簡化假設,得齣瞭空氣與水熱量和質量交換的數學模型;將數學模型的計算結果與試驗結果進行瞭對比,二者具有良好的吻閤性;分析瞭填料高度對能量吸收裝置齣口水溫、空氣齣口焓值的影響;分析瞭填料高度對填料噴淋型全熱迴收器換熱效率的影響.

According to the actual heat and mass transfer processes in a total heat recovery equipment with filter spray and reasonable assumptions, the mathematical model of air and water status parameters were obtained. The mathematical model corresponds well with the experimental results by compare. The impacts of filter height on the outlet water temperature and air export enthalpy of energy absorbing device and heat transfer efficiency were discussed in this paper.
