动力机械转速在其范围内变化的动态工况共振幅值特性,对动力机械强度分析和试验参数设定等问题有直接影响.首先应用杜哈梅积分对动态工况激振力响应进行理论分析,发现动态工况激振力的响应无解析解,但可利用数值积分法进行仿真分析.通过仿真分析得到动力机械动态工况共振幅值随提速率的增加逐渐减小,当提速率较低时动态工况共振幅值逐渐接近稳定工况共振幅值的结论.最后利用4100 QB型柴油机扭振共振幅值和JFZ172 L型发电机结构共振辐射噪声声压级随提速率变化规律进行试验验证.
動力機械轉速在其範圍內變化的動態工況共振幅值特性,對動力機械彊度分析和試驗參數設定等問題有直接影響.首先應用杜哈梅積分對動態工況激振力響應進行理論分析,髮現動態工況激振力的響應無解析解,但可利用數值積分法進行倣真分析.通過倣真分析得到動力機械動態工況共振幅值隨提速率的增加逐漸減小,噹提速率較低時動態工況共振幅值逐漸接近穩定工況共振幅值的結論.最後利用4100 QB型柴油機扭振共振幅值和JFZ172 L型髮電機結構共振輻射譟聲聲壓級隨提速率變化規律進行試驗驗證.

The resonance amplitude characteristics of power machinery in dynamic conditions have a direct influence on the mechanical strength analysis and the test parameters setting. Firstly, theoretical analysis with the use of Duhamel integral was done for analyzing the response of the power machinery in forced vibration conditions. But, no analytical solution could be found. So, the method of numerical integration was applied for simulation of the resonance amplitude. It is found that the resonance amplitude decreases gradually with the increase of rotary acceleration of the machine. When the acceleration decreases to some low value, the resonance amplitude will reach a steady value. Finally the resonance amplitude characteristics of the torsional vibration amplitude of 4100QB diesel engine and the sound pressure level of the radiation noise in the resonance condition of JFZ172L generator were tested experimentally for verification of above-mentioned laws.
