为弥补现行飞机噪声环境影响评价方法的不足,根据飞行航线的几何特点,设计了一套科学实用飞机噪声评价量计算算法,给出了算法的基本思想和仿真模型.将GIS技术引入到飞机噪声预测与仿真过程中,探讨了GIS在噪声等值线的绘制和后续评价过程中的应用.实例表明,飞机噪声预测模型运行状况良好,计算噪声较为准确,GIS能极大地提升模型的空间数据处理与分析能力,使整个评价过程更科学、更直观.

In order to make up the shortage of current aircraft noise evaluation method, a scientific and practical algorithm of aircraft noise metric was designed based on the geometric characteristics of flight path. Its basic theory and simulation model were given. The GIS technique was introduced into the prediction and simulation of the aircraft noise, and its application to noise contours protracting and noise evaluation was discussed. The example indicates that the model works well for prediction of the aircraft noise. It can give the right results of noise. GIS can greatly improve the model’s capabilities for processing and analyzing spatial data, making the evaluation more intelligent, more scientific and more intuitive.
