新开发的某高效变频磁阻电机由于电磁激振力较大,易导致振动和噪声的加剧.在实际运行中,噪声会严重超标甚至产生共振现象.通过采用频谱分析、固有频率测试、电磁力计算等方法对该电机噪声有问题的高频段和低频段分别进行了细致的研究.探讨了各种可能的降噪方法,并提出了包括结构改进等降噪措施,实测结果表明该降噪方案是合理有效的.

Because of the large electromagnetic excitation force, strong vibration and noise occurred in the newly developed inverter reluctance motor. The noise exceeded the standard and caused the resonance. By means of spectral analysis, natural frequency testing and electromagnetic force calculation, noises of the motor in high-frequency range and low-frequency range were studied. Various possible methods for noise control were discussed. Some measures for noise control, including structural improvement, were proposed, and their validity was verified.
