The nature of pulverized coal flush slag and FGD residues are analyzed comprehensively. The product formulation, production process and equipment are introduced. When the mixing amount of ash and slag is up to 56 %, the compressive strength of paving brick can reach 40 MPa; the flexural strength of chunk paver can reach 5 MPa. Production problems and their solutions are also discussed.
