通过X衍射、扫描电镜等方法对高钙固硫灰及普通粉煤灰的化学成分、物相组成、颗粒形貌、物理性能等方面进行分析.结果表明,高钙固硫灰的CaO、烧失量、SO3含量较高,高钙固硫灰的主要晶相为石英、无水石膏、赤铁矿、游离氧化钙等,玻璃体含量较少,普通粉煤灰以玻璃体为主,晶相有莫来石和石英.扫描电镜观察,高钙固硫灰的颗粒表面较疏松,几乎没有球形颗粒,普通粉煤灰以球形为主,表面光滑.与普通粉煤灰相比,高钙固硫灰的细度较大,需水量较大,活性较差.
通過X衍射、掃描電鏡等方法對高鈣固硫灰及普通粉煤灰的化學成分、物相組成、顆粒形貌、物理性能等方麵進行分析.結果錶明,高鈣固硫灰的CaO、燒失量、SO3含量較高,高鈣固硫灰的主要晶相為石英、無水石膏、赤鐵礦、遊離氧化鈣等,玻璃體含量較少,普通粉煤灰以玻璃體為主,晶相有莫來石和石英.掃描電鏡觀察,高鈣固硫灰的顆粒錶麵較疏鬆,幾乎沒有毬形顆粒,普通粉煤灰以毬形為主,錶麵光滑.與普通粉煤灰相比,高鈣固硫灰的細度較大,需水量較大,活性較差.

The chemical composition, mineral composition, particle morphology and physical properties of high calcium solid sulphur ash and general fly ash are studied by XRD, SEM and other methods. The results show that the high calcium solid sulphur ash manifests as high content of CaO, LOI and SO3. The major minerals present in the high calcium solid sulphur ash are quartz, anhydrite, hematite, f-CaO and little glass phase, the main minerals of general fly ash are glass phase, mullite and quartz. Comparing with general fly ash, the fineness and water requirement of sold sulphur ash are higher , but the activity is lower than the general fly ash.
