目的:观察氧气驱动雾化吸入5%高渗盐水及爱全乐治疗毛细支气管炎临床疗效.方法:采取随机对照方法,将笔者所在医院儿科2010年2月-2011年12月住院96例毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分成治疗组49例和对照组47例.在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用氧气驱动雾化吸入5%氯化钠溶液及爱全乐,对照组吸入0.9%氯化钠溶液及沙丁胺醇注射液组成的混合液体,均3次/d,直至临床症状消失,比较两组患儿咳嗽、喘息及其住院时间.结果:两组患儿全部治愈出院,治疗组主要症状消失时间及住院时间少于对照组.结论:氧气驱动雾化吸入5%高渗盐水及爱全乐治疗毛细支气管炎可明显提高小儿毛细支气管炎疗效.

목적:관찰양기구동무화흡입5%고삼염수급애전악치료모세지기관염림상료효.방법:채취수궤대조방법,장필자소재의원인과2010년2월-2011년12월주원96례모세지기관염환인,수궤분성치료조49례화대조조47례.재상규치료적기출상,치료조가용양기구동무화흡입5%록화납용액급애전악,대조조흡입0.9%록화납용액급사정알순주사액조성적혼합액체,균3차/d,직지림상증상소실,비교량조환인해수、천식급기주원시간.결과:량조환인전부치유출원,치료조주요증상소실시간급주원시간소우대조조.결론:양기구동무화흡입5%고삼염수급애전악치료모세지기관염가명현제고소인모세지기관염료효.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of oxygen atomized inhalation of 5% hypertonic saline and atropine in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods:96 cases were randomly divided into observation group of 49 and control group of 47.Both groups were given regular treatment by the same way,in addition,the observation group was given aerosol inhalation of 5% hypertonic saline and Atrovent,while the control group was given aerosol inhalation of 0.9%saline mixed with the injection of salbutamol.All the treatments were given 3 times a day until the symptoms disappeared.Observed 2 groups’efficacy,lasting time of wheezing and cough,and length of stay.Results:Both two groups were healing,and the time of symptom,sign and hospital stays in the observation group was significantly littler than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of oxygen atomized inhalation of 5% hypertonic saline and atrovent can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy of bronchiolitis in children.
