目的:探讨银杏达莫注射液治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果及其安全性能.方法:回顾性分析31例在常规溶栓治疗基础上加用银杏达莫进行治疗的急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,观察不良反应情况及临床有效率、死亡率.结果:治疗后31例患者存活27例,死亡4例.整个治疗过程中无明显不良反应发生,仅有2例出现轻度的鼻出血.结论:银杏达莫注射液治疗急性心肌梗死不仅有效,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用.

목적:탐토은행체막주사액치료급성심기경사적림상효과급기안전성능.방법:회고성분석31례재상규용전치료기출상가용은행체막진행치료적급성심기경사환자적림상자료,관찰불량반응정황급림상유효솔、사망솔.결과:치료후31례환자존활27례,사망4례.정개치료과정중무명현불량반응발생,부유2례출현경도적비출혈.결론:은행체막주사액치료급성심기경사불부유효,차안전성고,치득림상추엄응용.
Objective:To investigate ginkgo biloba da mo injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction clinical effect and the safety performance. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 31 cases in conventional thrombolysis basis and with ginkgo biloba da mo for treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients clinical material,observe adverse reaction condition and clinical efficient,mortality.Results:After treatment and patients live in 27 patients and 4 cases were died;The whole treatment process without obvious adverse reaction occurred,only 2 cases with mild nose bleeding.Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba da mo injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction is not only effective,and high safety,it is worth clinical application.
