The non-dominant major of medical students as a special mass group are easy to be neglected,they are also facing the difficult employment. The research indicates that the non-dominant major of medical students can't be a clear understanding of today's health care policy and social needs,have low satisfaction of non-dominant major,are lack of confidence in employment and have high expectations of professional.This paper emphatically analyzes the main reasons of these phenomena,and make suggestions to raise the non-dominant major of medical students' employed rate,and provides the basis for the reform of colleges and universities.
