目的:观察地奥司明片对神经根型颈椎病治疗的疗效.方法:治疗组130例单纯口服地奥司明片治疗,对照组70例采用甘油果糖结合地塞米松进行治疗,观察临床疗效.结果:治疗组一个疗程后,总有效率达76.15%(99/130),显效率46.92%(61/130),起效较快,服药期间无不良反应出现,治疗效果与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.结论:地奥司明片治疗神经根型颈椎病可以起到较为明显的临床疗效,在门诊颈椎病患者的保守治疗中可以推荐使用.

Objective:To study the clinical effects of diosmin in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy for out-patients.Methods:To observe the clinical effects of diosmin which were taken orally to treat the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in 130 cases.The control group were given mannitol and dexamethasone intravenously guttae.Results:After a course of treatment,the total effectiveness were 76.15%(99/130),and the obvious effectiveness 46.92%(61/130) in treatment group and no adverse reaction was found during the treatment.There was no obvious difference between treatment group and control group in treatment effectiveness.Conclusion:The clinical application of diosmin shows that the medicine has obvious effect on the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Hence,it is worthy to be recommended in the conservative treatment of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy for out-patients.
