利用有限元分析方法建立了桥式皮带转载机中间架的三维数学模型,运用ANSYS软件对中间架两种结构形式、四种截面布置方式及多规格尺寸进行了优选分析.研究结果选出了转载机中间架最合理的结构形式、截面布置以及尺寸,减轻了中间架的重量,对整机结构优化设计提供了参考.

@@@@Three dimensional mathematic model of middle framework for bridge type belt conveyer has been estab -lished by adopting finite element analysis method , and two kinds of structural forms and four kinds of sectional arrange-ment manners as well as various size specifications have been optimized and analyzed by applying ANSYS software .The results selected the most reasonable structural form , sectional arrangement and size for conveyer middle framework , which relieved weight of the framework and provided reference for complete machine design .
