通过化学成分分析、金相检验、显微硬度测试等方法,对ASTM 4145H钢中频调质开裂原因进行分析.结果表明:开裂是由于奥氏体化时的热稳定化现象导致,在随后的奥氏体向马氏体转变时产生的应力没有及时释放而形成.

@@@@By methods of chemical composition analysis , metallographic test and microhardness test , cause of ASTM 4145H steel crack after medium frequency quenching and tempering has been analyzed .The result showed that heat stabilization of austenising leaded to the cracks , and they subsequently were formed as stress was not release in time when austenite was transited into martensite .
