汽车手工包边模设计是指汽车在试制阶段为了降低成本并提高手工包边的效率和质量而进行的包边模设计,用于小批量的试制阶段车型门盖的包边.在汽车试制阶段,需要进行的手工包边的门盖数量少则十几套,多则上百套,采用纯手工包边效率低,质量也不高,而采用自动包边机包边效率高、质量好,但是成本太高,不利于降低汽车产品的开发成本.因此,文章提出采用纯手工包边模式和自动包边机模式相结合的方式进行手工包边模设计,以达到较高的包边效率及质量.
汽車手工包邊模設計是指汽車在試製階段為瞭降低成本併提高手工包邊的效率和質量而進行的包邊模設計,用于小批量的試製階段車型門蓋的包邊.在汽車試製階段,需要進行的手工包邊的門蓋數量少則十幾套,多則上百套,採用純手工包邊效率低,質量也不高,而採用自動包邊機包邊效率高、質量好,但是成本太高,不利于降低汽車產品的開髮成本.因此,文章提齣採用純手工包邊模式和自動包邊機模式相結閤的方式進行手工包邊模設計,以達到較高的包邊效率及質量.

Therefore, the pure hand wrapping mode and automatic hemming machine model combine the pattern of manual wrapping mold design, which achieve high binding efficiency and quality.
