目的:观察当归四逆汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后麻木综合征的临床疗效.方法:将39例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组(19例)和对照组(20例),两组均接受神经减压术,治疗组术后加服当归四逆汤治疗,治疗6周.应用下腰痛JOA 评分对治疗效果进行评定.结果:在术后2周及6周时评价两组治疗效果,术后两组的 JOA 评分与术前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组术后2周及6周时均较对照组有显著改善(P<0.01).结论:神经减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者可获得较好的疗效,当归四逆汤有利于促进术后麻木综合征的恢复,可强化减压手术的治疗效果.

목적:관찰당귀사역탕치료요추간반돌출증술후마목종합정적림상료효.방법:장39례요추간반돌출증환자,수궤분위치료조(19례)화대조조(20례),량조균접수신경감압술,치료조술후가복당귀사역탕치료,치료6주.응용하요통JOA 평분대치료효과진행평정.결과:재술후2주급6주시평개량조치료효과,술후량조적 JOA 평분여술전상비균유현저성차이(P<0.01),치료조술후2주급6주시균교대조조유현저개선(P<0.01).결론:신경감압술치료요추간반돌출증환자가획득교호적료효,당귀사역탕유리우촉진술후마목종합정적회복,가강화감압수술적치료효과.
Objective: To observe the effect of the Danggui Sini decoction on treating numbness syndrome caused by lumbar disc herniation after decompression procedure. Methods: 39 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both of two groups were performed decompression procedure successfully, however, the treatment group take the Danggui Sini decoction for 6weeks. Additionally, the control group wasn’t intervened with the Danggui Sini decoction. The clinical effect was evaluated with JOA score in postoperative 2 weeks and 6 weeks. Results: After operation, the postoperative JOA Scores of both groups were improved significantly compared with preoperative JOA scores (P<0.01); Moreover, in postoperative 2 weeks and 6 weeks, the JOA score of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Decompression procedure has a good effect on treating lumbar disc herniation. The Danggui Sini decoction can improve the function of these patients with numbness syndrome caused by lumbar disc herniation after decompression procedure.
