目的:观察自拟“胃炎十味汤”治疗慢性胃炎的效果.方法:将86例慢性胃炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组56例,西药对照组30例,15d 为1个疗程,1~3个疗程后总结疗效.结果:治疗组的治愈率高于对照组(x2=3.88,P>0.05).结论:自拟“胃炎十味汤”治疗慢性胃炎的疗效确切,值得临床推广.

Objective: To observe the effect of the “gastritis the Shiwei decoction” on treating chronic gastritis. Methods: 86 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (56 cases) and the comparison group (30 cases), 15 days as a course of treatment, after the treatment of 1 to 3courses, to summarize the efficacy. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group is higher than that in the control group (x2=3.88, P>0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of “gastritis Shiwei decoction” was good, worthy of promotion.
