目的:探讨肛周脓肿脓腔置管冲洗加负压引流手术后的护理方法要点.方法:对30例肛周脓肿行脓腔置管冲洗加负压引流的患者,进行针对性的临床护理并总结疗效.结果:30例患者经有效护理后,全部治愈,平均住院时间6d,随访3~6个月,均无复发.结论:根据脓腔大小控制一定的冲洗流量、温度,维持有效的负压引流,是保证置管冲洗负压引流治疗肛周脓肿疗效的护理要点.同时,规范的整体护理和灵活的人文关怀可提高患者的舒适度,减少并发症.

Objective: To investigate the postoperative care points of vomica catheter flushing plus suction drainage minimally invasive. Methods: 30 patients who were given vomica catheter flushing plus suction drainage minimally invasive treatment, given targeted clinical nursing and summarized efficacy. Results: 30 cases of patients through effective nursing, all patients were cured, average length of stay of 6 days, followed for 3 to 6 months, no recurrence. Conclusion: According to the abscess cavity size to control flushing flow, temperature, maintain effective suction drainage, was to ensure the efficacy of the care points.
