目的:评价通窍活血汤治疗鼻甲肥大低温等离子射频消融术后的疗效.方法:对98例鼻甲肥大患者随机分为对照组47例和治疗组51例,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上予以通窍活血汤加减,连续治疗10d.结果:对术后1个月、3个月进行随访,并对这两个阶段的治愈率、总有效率予以比较.在术后 3个月随访时,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:用通窍活血汤治疗能有效缓解鼻甲肥大低温等离子消融术后鼻塞、流脓涕等症状,提高治愈率.

@@@@ Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of The Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in treating hypertrophy of nasal turbinates after microtherm plasma radiofrequency current catheter ablation. Methods: 98 cases of patients with hypertrophy of nasal turbinates were divided into two groups, 47 cases in the control group and 51 cases in the treatment group. The treatment group was treated with modified the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction besides conventional therapy. The treatment lasted 10 days. Results: The recovery rate and total effective rate after one month and three months were investigated and compared. The therapeutic effect after three months’ treatment was apparently better than the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Tongqiao Huoxue decoction could effectively relieving the symptoms of nasal obstruction and discharge after hypertrophy of nasal turbinates given microtherm plasma radiofrequency current catheter ablation and increase the recovery rate.
