目的:探讨火针治疗痤疮的临床疗效.方法:运用火针,取局部阿是穴、背部腧穴进行治疗.结果:574例痤疮患者治疗4个疗程后完全痊愈302例(52.53%),显效134例(23.26%),好转85例(14.90%),无效53例(9.32%),总有效率为90.68%.结论:火针对各型痤疮、皮损均有显著疗效,值得临床推广.
목적:탐토화침치료좌창적림상료효.방법:운용화침,취국부아시혈、배부수혈진행치료.결과:574례좌창환자치료4개료정후완전전유302례(52.53%),현효134례(23.26%),호전85례(14.90%),무효53례(9.32%),총유효솔위90.68%.결론:화침대각형좌창、피손균유현저료효,치득림상추엄.
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of the fire needle. Methods: applying needles on the point of Ashi and Yu. Results: the total cured efficiency if 52.53% in 302 among 574 patients after 4 course, obvious effects is 23.26% in 134, symptoms reduced is 14.9% in 85, none effects is 9.32% in 53, the total efficacy is 90.68%. Conclusion: The fire needle is effective on acne and skin lesion.
