目的:观察益气活血通络法预防髋关节置换术后预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果,提供临床预防髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效的预防手段.方法:本项目观察益气活血类中药方剂药预防髋部术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果,阐明益气活血法预防骨科术后深静脉血栓的机制,提高骨科相关静脉血栓栓塞症的预防水平、丰富其预防方法.结果:根据下肢深静脉血栓形成彩色超声诊断标准,86例患者中术后共发生下肢深静脉血栓4例,血栓均发生在患侧肢体,发生率为4.7%.结论:益气活血通络法能对全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)有一定预防作用.

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Yiqi Huoxue method in preventing lower limb deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after operation of total hip replacement, and to provide effective prevention means for lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Methods:The clinical effect of TCM with replenishing qi-promoting blood circulation effects in preventing the formation of DVT after operation of total hip replacement was observed, and its mechanism was investigated to increase the prevention level and add effective prevention method of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in orthopedics. Results: According to the colorful ultrasonic diagnosis criteria, among the 86 patients DVT occurred in 4 cases and all the thrombus occurred in the left leg, with the incidence rate 4.7%. Conclusion: The Yiqi Huoxue method had a prevention effect in the formation of DVT after operation of total hip replacement at a certain degree.
