目的:观察建瓴汤合补阳还五汤加减治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效.方法:将64例急性脑梗塞患者按照随机数字表分为两组,对照组予常规西药治疗(32例)和治疗组采用建瓴汤合补阳还五汤加减治疗(32例),治疗15d 后观察其临床疗效.结果:对照组愈显率为37.50%,总有效率为81.25%;治疗组治愈率为78.13%,总有效率为93.75%;治疗组的总有效率与对照组无明显统计学意义,但在愈显率方面明显优于对照组.结论:建瓴汤合补阳还五汤加减治疗急性脑梗塞临床疗效好,且愈显率显著,后遗症少、安全毒副作用少,值得推广.

Objective: To observe the effect of Jianling decoction plus Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 64 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment of Western Medicine and the treatment group was given the Jianling decoction plus Buyang Huanwu decoction treatment. The clinical curative effect was observed after 15 days treatment. Results: The effective rate of control group was 37.50%, and the total effective rate was 81.25%. The effective rate of the treatment group was 78.13%, and the total efficiency of 93.75%. The total effective rate in treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant, but the treatment group was better than the control group in the curative rate. Conclusion: The Jianling decoction plus Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect is good, with significant efficiency, less lingering effects, less side effects, worth for wide application.
