目的:观察四妙丸内服、痹痛膏外用治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:将60例痛风患者随机分为两组,对照组内服西药别嘌醇片、碳酸氢钠片,青鹏膏外用;治疗组内服四妙丸、外用痹痛膏治疗.结果:两组临床治疗结果及疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组均能明显降低血尿酸、血沉和超敏的 C 反应蛋白水平(P<0.05),但治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组均能改善患者主要关节症状,但治疗组与对照组比较有显著性性差异(P<0.05).结论:中药内外同治痛风性关节炎疗效显著.
목적:관찰사묘환내복、비통고외용치료통풍성관절염적림상료효.방법:장60례통풍환자수궤분위량조,대조조내복서약별표순편、탄산경납편,청붕고외용;치료조내복사묘환、외용비통고치료.결과:량조림상치료결과급료효비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).량조균능명현강저혈뇨산、혈침화초민적 C 반응단백수평(P<0.05),단치료조여대조조비교유현저성차이(P<0.05),량조균능개선환자주요관절증상,단치료조여대조조비교유현저성성차이(P<0.05).결론:중약내외동치통풍성관절염료효현저.
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Simiao pills and Bitong scream in treating uratic arthritis. Methods: 60 patients of were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given Allopurinol tablets and Sodium Bicarbonate for oral use and Qingpeng scream for external use, while the treated group was given Simiao pills for oral use and Bitong scream for external use. Results: No significant differences were detected between the efficacy of the two groups. Both groups significantly brought down the contents of blood uric acid, blood sedimentation rate and hypersensitive C reactive protein content, however the treated group had better effect. Conclusion: Simiao pills and Bitong scream was effective in treating uratic arthritis.
