目的:观察交叉取穴法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效.方法:治疗组选用健侧肩痛穴、条口穴;对照组采用传统针刺治疗.结果:治疗组疗效明显高于传统针灸对照组(P<0.01).结论:交叉取穴法是电针肩痛穴、条口穴疗肩周炎的有效方法.
목적:관찰교차취혈법치료견주염적림상료효.방법:치료조선용건측견통혈、조구혈;대조조채용전통침자치료.결과:치료조료효명현고우전통침구대조조(P<0.01).결론:교차취혈법시전침견통혈、조구혈료견주염적유효방법.
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by crosswise acupuncture. Methods:The treated group was acupunctured on Jiantong and tiaokou points on the healthy sides, while the control group was given traditionary acupuncture treatment. Results: The efficacy in the treated group was much higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Crosswise acupuncture was using electric needling Jiantong and tiaokou points, which was effective in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis.
