目的:采用耳穴籽压治疗急性冠状智齿牙周炎,观察其治疗效果,为患者尽快减轻痛苦.方法:取疼痛对侧耳穴,上牙痛取牙+胃,下牙痛取牙+大肠.结果:有效率为86%,缩短了治疗时间,短时间内减轻患者痛苦.结论:耳穴治疗急性冠状智齿牙周炎疗效显著,可缩短治疗时间,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广.

목적:채용이혈자압치료급성관상지치아주염,관찰기치료효과,위환자진쾌감경통고.방법:취동통대측이혈,상아통취아+위,하아통취아+대장.결과:유효솔위86%,축단료치료시간,단시간내감경환자통고.결론:이혈치료급성관상지치아주염료효현저,가축단치료시간,감경환자통고,치득림상추엄.
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of treating acute coronal opsigenes periodontitis by seed pressing on ear acupoints. Methods: The ear acupoints opposite the ache side were selected. Teeth and stomach were chose if the superior teeth ached, while teeth and intestinum crassum were chose if the inferior teeth ached. Results: The total effective rate was 86%. The therapy time was shortened and the suffering of patients was lessened. Conclusion: Seed pressing therapy on the ear acupoints was effective in treating acute coronal opsigenes periodontitis, worth a wide clinical application.
