目的:观察麝香止痛酊涂穴联合自拟芪香四物汤治疗更年期头痛的临床疗效.方法:将患者随机分为两组,对照组采用口服盐酸氟桂利嗪(西比灵)胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上麝香止痛酊涂穴联合内服芪香四物汤,1个周后评效.结果:观察组临床症状及视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS 评分)情况均优于对照组.结论:麝香止痛酊涂穴联合芪香四物汤对更年期头痛具有较好的临床疗效.
목적:관찰사향지통정도혈연합자의기향사물탕치료경년기두통적림상료효.방법:장환자수궤분위량조,대조조채용구복염산불계리진(서비령)효낭치료,관찰조재차기출상사향지통정도혈연합내복기향사물탕,1개주후평효.결과:관찰조림상증상급시각모의동통평분(VAS 평분)정황균우우대조조.결론:사향지통정도혈연합기향사물탕대경년기두통구유교호적림상료효.
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Shexiang Zhitong tincture combined with self-made Qixiang Siwu decoction in treating headache in menopause. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group was orally given Flunarizine capsules, while the treated group was given Shexiang Zhitong tincture for external use and Qixiang Siwu decoction for oral use besides. The efficacies of the two groups were compared after a week. Results: The treated group was better in both clinical symptoms and VAS scores. Conclusion: Shexiang Zhitong tincture combined with self-made Qixiang Siwu decoction was effective in treating headache in menopause.
