为提高光开关效率,提出一种利用飞秒激光研究非线性光学材料的光克尔效应响应时间的探测方法.该方法基于光克尔效应理论基础对偏振光入射介质情况分析,通过实验为全光控制的超快光开关提供了原理上的支持,并利用超快飞秒激光对光与物质相互作用的超快过程进行验证.分析结果表明:该方法能判断其光开关响应速度,获得最优的光开关效率.

@@@@For improving the efficiency of the optical switch response time, proposed a detection method using the femtosecond laser research on Kerr effect response time of nonlinear optical material. Based on the theoretical basis of the optical Kerr effect, the method analyzes the polarized incident medium situation, and provides principle support for all-optical control ultrafast optical switch. Use ultrafast femtosecond laser to verify ultrafast process of mutual reaction of optical and material. The analysis results show that the method can determine the speed of response of the optical switch, to obtain optimal efficiency of the optical switch.
