目的:研究针药结合治疗干燥综合征的疗效.方法:分针药结合治疗组和西医常规对照组,针药结合治疗组所有患者均在西医常规治疗口服白芍总苷胶囊0.6/次,3次/d,并羟氯喹片0.1,2次/d 的基础上加用毫针针刺和中药汤剂内服治疗.对照组采用西医常规治疗,白芍总苷胶囊0.6/次,3次/d,并羟氯喹片0.1,2次/d,口服,15d 为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后判定疗效.结果:两组疗效有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:针药结合治疗组疗效优于对照组.

Objective: To study the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on treatment of sjogren's syndrome. Methods:The patients were divided into the integrative treatment group and the modern medicine treatment group. The modern medicine treatment group was orally given total glucosides of paeony capsules and Hydroxychloroquine, while the integrative treatment group was treated with acupuncture needle more. There were 15 days in a treatment course, and the efficacy was investigated after 2 treatment courses. Results:There were significant difference between the curative effects in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with medicine had better effect than the control group.
