文章论述了小续命汤治疗中风偏瘫的历代历史沿革,从南北朝陈延之的《经方小品》,到孙思邈的《千金要方》,一直到唐宋,小续命汤治疗中风的疗效确切,自宋始,小续命汤治疗中风的地位开始下降,金元之后,众多医家开始对外风入侵的理论提出了质疑,着重以“内风”立论,疗效不及以前,清代中风已是十不救一,近代以及当代医者用该复方加减治疗中风及中风后遗症等多有成效,并且随着对小续命汤药理研究的不断深入,一些新的适应症也逐渐被开发出来,使得这个古老的复方焕发出蓬勃的生机.

In this article, the historical evolutions of Xiaoxuming decoction for hemiplegic stroke from Northern and Southern dynasties to Tang and Song dynasties to the song dynasty to Jin and Yuan dynasties to Qing dynasty and to the modern time were discussed. The compound and modified have been thought to be effective for stroke and sequel of apoplexy in modern and contemporary. With deeply studying of the pharmacological research on Xiaoxuming decoction and developing some new indications, the ancient prescription has been given thriving vitality.
