采用紫外可见光谱、黏度测定以及电化学扫速研究金属钴配合物和DNA的相互作用,从而探索DNA的结构与功能的关系.红外光谱对配合产物进行表征,紫外吸收光谱显示,往配合物溶液中加入适量的鲱鱼精DNA后,配合物的特征吸收峰显著减弱,表明两者发生了相互作用,产生了明显的减色效应.粘度测定配合物和DNA的粘度明显增加,证明了钴配物与DNA为插入结合.电化学研究法表明钴配合物溶液与DNA作用后,复合物扩散系数明显降低,这是钴配合物溶液与DNA反应使峰电流降低.

In this paper, the interactions between cobalt complexes and DNA have been studied and characterized by IR, UV-Vis spectra, viscosity measurement and electrochemical method. UV-Vis experimental results indicated that after adding DNA, there was an interaction between DNA and Co (PDA) 2 complexes, as the UV-Vis absorption intensity of the peaks was weakening, causing the hypochromic effect. In addition, viscosity measurement showed that the interaction between the complexes and DNA was intercalation. It was revealed by the electrochemical method that, after the interactions between the complexes and DNA, the electric current peak value was reduced, resulting in the decrease of diffusion index.
