采用穴盘育苗的方法,研究了4种浓度(50、100、200、500 mg/L)矮壮素处理在黄瓜及茄果类蔬菜穴盘育苗中期一次性喷施对幼苗质量的影响.试验结果表明,黄瓜、茄子在2叶期用浓度为200 mg/L、圆椒在3叶期用浓度为100 mg/L、番茄在3叶期用浓度50 mg/L的药液喷洒效果为宜,该浓度矮壮素能有效降低幼苗株高,增加茎粗,促进幼苗干物质的积累,有利于培育壮苗.

Adopting plug seedling production technology, we studied the effects of one-time spraying of four concentrations (50, 100, 200, 500 mg/L) of chlormequat chloride (CCC) on seedlings quality of cucumber and solanaceous vegetables at the middle seedling stage. The results showed that, the plug seedlings' plant height reduced effectively, and their stem diameter and accumulation of dry matter increased, while sprayed CCC to cucumber and eggplant at two-leaf period with the CCC concentration of 200 mg/L, and sprayed CCC to round pepper and tomato at their three-leaf period with CCC concentration of 100 and 50 mg/L respectively.
