采用熔融共混法制备了注塑用铁氧体颗粒料,系统研究了偶联剂、分散剂、润滑剂对颗粒料流动性的影响.结果表明,采用硅烷偶联剂对磁粉进行表面处理,可以有效改善磁粉与尼龙6之间的相容性;采用分散剂对磁粉进行分散处理,可进一步提高偶联剂的处理效果;添加润滑剂,可以减小磁粉颗粒之间的摩擦力.通过对偶联剂、分散剂、润滑剂的添加量进行优化,制备出了熔体质量流动速率(MFR)为66g/10min的铁氧体颗粒料.

Injection ferrite granules were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of coupling agent, dispersant and lubricant on the fluidity of the granules were systematically investigated. The results show that, surface modification of Silane coupling agent can effectively improve the compatibility of magnetic powders and nylon 6;the dispersing treatment to the magnetic powder by dispersant can further improve the efficiancy of coupling agent; the addition of lubricant could decrease the friction betweent particles. The ferrite granules with a melt flow rate (MFR) of 66g/10min were prepared by optimizing the contents of coupling agent, dispersant and lubricant added.
