采用多段恒温烧结、湿压磁场成型制备了圆块状锶铁氧体,采用振动样品磁强计测试样品的磁性能,采用扫描电子显微镜观察样品的显微结构.实验结果表明,随着起始烧结温度的提高,锶铁氧体的饱和磁化强度显著提高,在起始烧结温度为1250℃时,达到最大值64.46 A·m2/kg,而矫顽力呈明显下降趋势;随着恒温时间延长,饱和磁化强度略有提升.因此,采用提高起始烧结温度与延长恒温时间的措施均能提高锶铁氧体磁性材料的饱和磁化强度.
採用多段恆溫燒結、濕壓磁場成型製備瞭圓塊狀鍶鐵氧體,採用振動樣品磁彊計測試樣品的磁性能,採用掃描電子顯微鏡觀察樣品的顯微結構.實驗結果錶明,隨著起始燒結溫度的提高,鍶鐵氧體的飽和磁化彊度顯著提高,在起始燒結溫度為1250℃時,達到最大值64.46 A·m2/kg,而矯頑力呈明顯下降趨勢;隨著恆溫時間延長,飽和磁化彊度略有提升.因此,採用提高起始燒結溫度與延長恆溫時間的措施均能提高鍶鐵氧體磁性材料的飽和磁化彊度.

Sr-ferrite was prepared by multi-stage sintering and wet pressing under magnetic field, and vibrtaing sample magnetometer and scanning electron microscope were uesed to measure and observe its magnetic properties and microstructure, respectively. It shows that with increasing initial (first-stage) sintering temperature the saturation magnetization increases significantly, with maximun saturation magnetization of 64.46 A·m2/kg for 1250℃sintering;saturation magnetization increases slightly with extending sintering time. Therefore, the saturation magnetization of Sr-ferrite can be improved by both reasonably increasing initial sintering temperature and extending sintering time.
