目的观察维甲酸诱导雌性大鼠骨质疏松模型建立的效果.方法 SD大鼠16只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组,每组各8只.模型组用维甲酸按80 mg/(kg·d)剂量,正常组给予相应体积的蒸馏水连续灌胃21 d,观察28 d后,采血、解剖大鼠,观察骨密度、血清生化、骨矿含量和骨形态计量学指标的变化.结果模型组左侧股骨骨密度、骨矿含量、骨小梁面积百分比和平均骨小梁宽度均明显减少.血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶活性、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶含量和破骨细胞均明显升高.结论根据骨密度、血清生化、骨矿含量和形态计量学指标观察结果,表明骨质疏松模型复制成功.

목적관찰유갑산유도자성대서골질소송모형건립적효과.방법 SD대서16지,수궤분위정상대조조、모형조,매조각8지.모형조용유갑산안80 mg/(kg·d)제량,정상조급여상응체적적증류수련속관위21 d,관찰28 d후,채혈、해부대서,관찰골밀도、혈청생화、골광함량화골형태계량학지표적변화.결과모형조좌측고골골밀도、골광함량、골소량면적백분비화평균골소량관도균명현감소.혈청개、린、감성린산매활성、항주석산산성린산매함량화파골세포균명현승고.결론근거골밀도、혈청생화、골광함량화형태계량학지표관찰결과,표명골질소송모형복제성공.
Objective To find out the inductive effect of retionic acid on the formation of female mice osteoporotic modle. Methods 16 SD rats were randomLy divided into normal group,model group(8 each). Then the model group were fed with oral retinoic acid at the dose of 80 mg/(kg?d), while normal group the same dose of distilled water. Twenty eight days later, the mice were dissected to measure the concentations of serum calcium, serum phosphorus, serum ALP, serum TRACP, bone mineral density(BMD), bone mineral components(BMC)and the morphological changes of the femurs. Results Left femoral bone density, bone mineral content, bone trabecular area percentage and the mean trabecular bone Kuandu of the model group were significantly reduced. And serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase activity, tartrate resistant acid phosphatase and osteoclasts of the model group are remarkablely elevated. Conclusion According to the serum biochemical, bone density, bone mineral content and morphometric index of the research, we can come to the conclusion that osteoporosis model is successfully reproducted.
