@@@@Starting from the principle of bidirectional power energy measurement, this paper introduced two measurement policies of net meter measurement and network electricity price for distributed generation system, and description was made to network electricity prices of implementation both at home and abroad. This paper analyzed harmonics impacts on power energy measurement. Solutions are considered from source of distributed power Company, government and consumer four sides, to have clarified responsibilities and benefit allocation relationship.
