为推动移动流媒体监控领域新技术的开发和应用,针对工程实际问题,提出了一种3 G网络移动流媒体监控系统的图像处理及传输设计方案.系统以WCDMA的3G无线通信网络为传输平台,采用具有强大控制能力的嵌入式和DSP流媒体双处理器为主控芯片和较强通信功能的3G模块EM770W,可以对MPEG-4流媒体流进行高效编码、压缩和实时传输控制,压缩率、分辨率及多种功能可根据需要定制.系统可根据多变的3 G链路网络特性和客户端反馈参数自适应调节媒体速率和媒体流,从而合理利用网络带宽资源,实现鲁棒控制.仿真实验表明,在3 G网络环境下,与传统的ARM或DSP流媒体监控系统相比,本系统在缩短编码压缩时间、节省资源、减少网络拥塞、提高数据处理速度、改善媒体质量和降低功耗等方面具有明显的优越性,在不同的图像分辨率下,本系统编码压缩平均用时可以节省15%~50%.

@@@@In order to promote development and application of new technologies in the field of mobile streaming media monitoring system, and to solve the engineering practical problems, in this paper, an image processing and transmission design scheme for 3G network mobile streaming media monitoring system is proposed . The system uses WCDMA 3G wireless communication network as transmission platform, the embedded and DSP stream media dualprocessor of a powerful control ability as master chip, and uses the 3G module EM770W of strong communication functions,so the system can deal MPEG-4 streaming media streams with efficient coding, compression and realtime transmission control, the compression rate, resolution and a variety of functions can be customized according to the needs . The system can adaptively adjust media flow rate and media according to the changing 3G link network characteristics and client feedback parameters, in order to use network bandwidth resources, and achieve robust control . Compared with the traditional ARM or DSP streaming media monitoring system, simulation results show that the system has obvious advantages for reducing compression coding time, saving resources, reducing network congestion, improving data processing speed, improving video quality and reducing power consumption in the 3G network environment, under the condition of different image resolution, the system average time of code compression can save 15%~50%.
