针对电调滤波器失谐和控制精度问题,提出采用参数扫描优化法设计腔间耦合孔、改变输入输出耦合环形状的补偿结构设计方法,采用运动机构和软件相结合的闭环控制系统,设计了调谐精度高(25 kHz)、窄带( f0×0.25% MHz, f0为中心频率)、大功率(100 W)的电调滤波器,已应用于工程实际,具有较好的应用前景.
針對電調濾波器失諧和控製精度問題,提齣採用參數掃描優化法設計腔間耦閤孔、改變輸入輸齣耦閤環形狀的補償結構設計方法,採用運動機構和軟件相結閤的閉環控製繫統,設計瞭調諧精度高(25 kHz)、窄帶( f0×0.25% MHz, f0為中心頻率)、大功率(100 W)的電調濾波器,已應用于工程實際,具有較好的應用前景.

@@@@An optimization method based on parameter sweep for the coupling hole between the cavity, adjusting compensation structure of coupling loop for the input and output is proposed in this paper aiming at the problems of distuning and control accuracy of electrically tunable filters . By using the closedloop control system combining the moving part with the software,an electrically tunable filter with high tuning accury (25 kHz),narrow bandwidth( f0 × 0 . 25% MHz, f0 is center frequency),high power capacity (100 W) is designed . The fabricated filter has been applied to the engineering applications and exhibited good prospects .
