分析了新时期高校教育体制改革下三种类型知识分子群体的共性心理和个性心理特点.从不同类型知识分子群体面临的心理压力角度出发,探讨了目前党建工作存在的问题,提出了尊重知识分子的社会价值,鼓励知识分子的首创精神,发挥知识分子的职业专长,构建高校党建工作新格局的建议.

@@@@This paper, from the perspective that a great psychological pressure the university education re-form in the new era brings to intellectuals, analyzes both common and individual psychological characteristics of three types of intellectuals at universities, discusses the existing problems the Party-building work encoun-ters in resolving new conflicts in university development, puts forward the social value to respect intellectuals, encourages the initiative of intellectuals, and calls on different-level Party organizations to give play to the professional expertise of intellectuals for a new pattern of Party-building work at universities.
