[摘要]:目的:为云南省高校篮球队的训练给予一定建议,为预防和减少损伤发生,保护运动员身体健康、延长运动寿命提供参考,在各种损伤成因的基础上提出独到的对策.方法:文献资料法、走访调查法、问卷调查法.结果:导致云南高校篮球队男性运动员损伤的因素主要是准备活动不合理、负荷不合理、带伤训练或比赛、身体冲撞、技术动作不过关、身体素质欠佳、机体疲劳、注意力不集中、自我保护意识差、医务监督不到位、场地设施不规格、营养不到位、运动装备差等.结论:加强学习,提高认识;科学合理训练,强调技术动作练习;合理膳食,营养到位,休息充足;加强完善运动场地设施建设.
[摘要]:目的:為雲南省高校籃毬隊的訓練給予一定建議,為預防和減少損傷髮生,保護運動員身體健康、延長運動壽命提供參攷,在各種損傷成因的基礎上提齣獨到的對策.方法:文獻資料法、走訪調查法、問捲調查法.結果:導緻雲南高校籃毬隊男性運動員損傷的因素主要是準備活動不閤理、負荷不閤理、帶傷訓練或比賽、身體遲撞、技術動作不過關、身體素質欠佳、機體疲勞、註意力不集中、自我保護意識差、醫務鑑督不到位、場地設施不規格、營養不到位、運動裝備差等.結論:加彊學習,提高認識;科學閤理訓練,彊調技術動作練習;閤理膳食,營養到位,休息充足;加彊完善運動場地設施建設.

@@@@Objective:To provide advices for the training of college basketball team of Yunnan province, reducing the injury of athletics and prolonging the sport life. Methods: Document research, field research, questionnaire. Results:The factors which cause male athletics of Yunnan basketball teams injuring are unreasonable warming-up, carrying more weight beyond their ability, insisting training and gaming with injury, body play, inadequacy skills, poor physical condition, body fatigue, inattention, poor awareness of self-protecting, poor self-medical inspection, incomplete space facilities, oligotrophy and lower quality of sports equipment. Conclusion: We should raise awareness with strictly study, have reasonable training, emphasize skills practicing, provide enough nutrition and rest, and improve the sports facilities.
