After analyzing the energy consumption distribution and energy conserva?tion potential of the communication network, this article puts forward the two-way advance’s energy saving strategy of“energy-saving management, energy-saving technology”. Through the benchmarking management of electricity consumption, many technol?ogy such as intelligent ventilation system, battery temperature chamber technology, air-conditioning outside units nano coating technology adopted on different types of site. For example of the experiences of energy conservation in China United Telecommuni?cations Corporation Beihai Branch, many methods of adaptation to local conditions are introduced, they can make a reliable commu?nication network and reduce operating expenses.
