矿山机械用环锻件主要用于矿山机械设备的环件承重与传动件,需要长时间承载运转负荷的动力,因此必须具有较高的机械强度、硬度、耐磨性、韧性及低温性能,对其技术要求和质量指标都异常严格.而这类环锻件在热处理后极易出现开裂,断裂处的夹杂物与金相检测分析显示了非金属夹杂物超标及魏氏组织等问题.本文针对这些问题分析了产生的原因并提出了4150H环锻件的试制工艺,试制件的力学性能和组织都达到了技术要求.

@@@@Ring forgings of mining machinery mainly are used for ring bearing and driving parts of mining machin-ery equipment, which need bearing operation load power for long time , so the technical requirements and quality inde-xes must be very strict, such as high mechanical strength, hardness, wear resistance, toughness and low temperature performance.But cracks are easily occurred in this kind of ring forgings after heat treatment .The analysis of inclusion at facture and metallographic detection reveals the presence of widmannstatten structure and non -metallic inclusions which exceeds standard .This paper analyzes the reasons for these problems and brings forward trial process for 4150H ring forging, and the mechanical properties and structures of trial workpiece have met the technical requirements .
