对飞轮及圆盘类铸件在原始工艺热节处增加补缩冒口引起废品率高的问题进行了综合分析,并从铸件的结构特点、原始工艺中存在的问题、现有工艺的优点几方面进行了阐述.对浇道的大小和位置的安放、进铁水方式也进行了说明.结果显示,“不在热节处开大冒口、可以不开冒口”的铸造完全可行,这在具体工作中有着积极意义.

@@@@This paper analyzes the problem of high reject rate caused by increasing the feeding riser at hot spot of the flywheel and disc casting in the original process , and states the aspects of casting structure features , problems in o-riginal process and advantages in current process , and introduces the runner size and position and molten iron influent way.The result shows that the casting without big riser or without riser at hot spot is practicable which has the positive significance in the specific work.
