To measure the rotational speed of micromotor,a tachometer is designed.The photoelectric sensor is applied for the acquisition of speed pulse.Timing,counting and display are the work of digital ICs.The circuit diagram are given,meanwhile they are simulated by Multisim.The test results show that,the system error is less than 2%,and it is control ed flexibly,of strong practicability.
