目的:优化垂盆草总黄酮的超声提取工艺.方法:以总黄酮得率为指标,采用响应面设计方法对影响总黄酮得率的乙醇浓度、料液比及超声温度进行优化.结果:最佳工艺条件为:采用60%乙醇,料液比26∶1,在60℃下超声提取20 min,在此最佳条件下,总黄酮得率为21.7 mg?g-1,实验结果与模型预测值相符.结论:利用超声方法提取垂盆草总黄酮工艺稳定可靠.

Objective: To optimize the ultrasound-assisted extraction technology of total flavonoids from Sedum sarmentosum Bunge. Method: The factors such as ethanol concentration, liquid-material ratio and extraction temperature were optimized by response surface methodology. Result: The highest extraction rate of total flavonoids by ultrasound-assisted extraction could arrive at 21.7 mg?g-1 using 60 % ethanol concentration, liquid-material ratio of 26∶1, extraction temperature 60 ℃, and extraction time 20 min, which was agreed with model predictions. Conclusion: The extraction process by ultrasound-assisted was stable and reliable.
