采用单级 D20环隙式离心萃取器,用水做萃取剂,对正丁基硫代磷酰三胺合成过程中的胺化液进行连续萃取实验.流速比(反应液:水)1~7∶1,总流量50~110 mL/min 萃取器转速1500~5000 r/min,环隙为5.5 mm;调整条件后,盐的单级萃取率高达97%.

The continuous extraction process of NBPT was studied through adopting the one-stage of D20 annular centrifugal extractor with water as the extractant. The experiment was studied at a rotor speed varied from 1500 r/min to 5000 r/min,a phase ratio range of 1~7 to 1,a totle flow from 50 mL/min to 110 mL/min and annulus of 5.5 mm. The extraction efficiency of mineral salt was achieved to 97 %.
