建立了气质联仪测定植物油中 BHA 和 BHT 检测方法,采用全扫模式进行监测,借助谱库定性、单个强丰度离子定量,试样在气质联仪 DB-17MS 色谱柱中分离,GC-MS 测定.实验结果表明,BHA 和 BHT 能够很好分离,在1.0~200μg/mL 线性关系良好(r≥0.999);在5.0~20.0 mg/kg 的添加水平范围内的回收率为82.4%~94.0%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~7.3%.BHA 和 BHT 方法检出限0.5 mg/kg.

The determination of BHA and BHT in vegetable oil was established by gas chromatographic method. Samples were separated by chromatographic column in gas chromatography, using the full scan mode for monitoring and DB-17MS, and determined by GC-MS. The results showed that, BHA and BHT can be well separated, and have a good linear relationship between 1.0 μg/mL to 200 μg/mL (r≥0.999); And the recovery rate was between 82.4 % to 94.0 % when the adding level was ranged from 5.0 mg/kg to 20.0 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation of 2.7 % to 7.3 %. The detection limit of BHA and BHT was 0.5 mg/kg.
