In the paper, through several specific cases in biochemical teaching, we emphasize the proper and vivid cases can effectively improve students' understanding of knowledge, enhance students’ enthusiasm of learning and inspire students’ scientific thinking. Therefore every one of teachers and teaching organizations should pay more attention to collect fine cases and establish a platform of case which can serve teaching.
