以生物产业对具有良好的工程素质专门人才的需求为导向,通过校企合作,构建了“一体化·四共同”的工程应用型人才培养模式,基本形成了学校与行业企业共同制定人才培养目标,共同建设课程体系,共同实施培养过程,共同评价培养质量的人才培养机制.在国内较早与生物企业联合提出生物产业所需求的“五种工程意识”和“五种工程能力”的工程应用型人才培养标准,赋予了工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力的培养目标的具体内涵;基于“五种工程意识”和“六种工程能力”的人才培养标准,与企业联合制定了生物工程类专业人才培养方案;推动以教师为主体的实质性合作,联合实施培养过程;建立以面向工程为特征的工程教学模式以及可持续的实质性合作的管理体制和工作机制;教学相长,教师形成了一批反思性的教学研究理论成果;更重要的是,学生工程素质、工程意识明显加强,工程实践能力得到极大提高,受到企业界的好评.

The mode of the talent training for the bioengineering students was built up to form the mechanism of co-setting the training objective , the co-building the curriculum systems, the co-implement the talent training process and co-evaluating the qualities of the talent training through the cooperation of school and enterprises based on the requirement of good engineering qualities and practical abilities from the bioindustries. The standards of the talent training about the five kinds of engineering sense and five kinds of engineering abilities were first put forward and detailed according to the enterprises requirement together with the bioindustries in our country. The talent training plans of bioengineering were set through the cooperation of colleges and enterprises based on the five kinds of engineering sense and five kinds of engineering abilities. the essentiality cooperation was pushed forward on the base of teachers to implement the training process together. The mode of engineering education was preliminarily built on the characterization of facing the engineering. The management and process mechanism were built with sustainability and essentiality cooperation. Some education research achievements were produced with rethinking from the teachers through the teaching and studying. Especially, the engineering equalities s and engineering sense of students were obviously strengthened, the engineering practice abilities of students was increased with good evaluation from enterprises.
